Vibratory Fluid bed dryers are used for granular/crystalline powders which are difficult to fluidize. Air fluidization is supplemented by mechanical vibrations to achieve uniform bed distribution on the perforated plate. The dryer offers better control on fluidization, residence time, product moisture and dust levels. Explosion proof designs.
